Who we are

ClickDesigns ("we", "us") is a small web studio based in NSW, Australia, that builds websites for small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through clickdesigns.info and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and the details of your message. We only collect what we need to reply to you and to quote for your project.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote
• To deliver and support the services you ask us for
• To keep basic business records

We will never sell your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries. They only process your information to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website, checks form submissions for spam and counts visits
• Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
• Google (Gmail), where we receive and reply to emails

These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember small preferences, such as light or dark mode, text size and currency, on your own device only. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The spam check on our contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at basic browser and device signals to tell people apart from bots.

Keeping it safe

The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
